Co- founder of Provestec- Ivan Neethling is a registered independent Accounting Professional who has been in practice for almost 30 years.

Ivan manages the dedicated Provestec team with a hands on approach, using his corporate and entrepreneurial expertise. He has successfully concluded several joint ventures between local and foreign firms. He serves on the boards of a number of companies and he is able to draw on a diverse range of business skills development through his activities in various industries.

Kyle James Percival

Known for a tireless work ethic and involved

approach to mentoring entrepreneurs from start-up to facilitating access to finances, Kyle James Percival is the Co Founder of Provestec Consulting and a Certified Tax Practitioner (SA). A visionary problem solver with experience in helping start-up entrepreneurs in all industries.

Passionate about financial and investment analysis, he is dedicated to bring innovation and supportive processes to clients to achieve efficiency and save costs.

Kyle is dedicated to helping clients with accurate accounting, process and systems design and other business advice.
